Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns must include proof of purchase.
Returns are accepted by mail only. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
A $7.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our prepaid return label.
Multiple orders may be returned in the same package, provided that a return request has been submitted for each order and all corresponding packing slips are included.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original merchandise for a refund and place a new order.
Swimwear without the original hygienic liner is not eligible for return. Monogrammed, personalized, lingerie, vintage, altered, and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
We are not responsible for items sent to us by mistake. Please ensure that only eligible items are included in your return package.
Returning a Gift
Gift returns are accepted by mail only and must include proof of purchase or gift receipt.
Once the return is received and processed, the refund amount will be issued as a store gift card or e-gift card.
